| Ah, that's a lot easier than I thought.
It looked like the original rail was welded onto the body near the rear sight, requiring some kind of metal saw to get it off.

| Freaking nice blaster Dan/Dennis. I have a sci-fire my self, and not 100% happy for it. Too rubber a like, missing details, and no moving parts. Would you guys say this it the best/most accurate E-11 blaster world wide. I think i saw him once post a pic on mepd, but i have no idea how to get one, or to what price. If you guys say this is the best, i might go for one, and sell my sci-fire one. What do you guys think or Cheers What kind of E-11 blaster are there: Sci-fire/us. Doopydoo/uk. AA/uk. RS/spain. Real and air soft sterling modify into e-11. And this one by Jörg.... who is the winner | |

- Hey guys!
I promised something to blast you all away in my introduction there. Well, this won't be the full blast yet, just a little teaser as I'm busy working through some crap for university here, but I still wanted to show you this little beauty:
It's an all metal, fully functional (well, except shooting) Sterling replica by a German guy who used to be a precision mechanic in the weapons department of the German army.
I'll have more (and hopefully) better pics up of it tomorrow, and maybe a little video showing it in action, too Hi Dan and Dennis. A few questions: 1. Do you know if this gun are still in production, and for sale out there. 2. If so can you give me a contact to the seller. 3. What is the price on this baby. 4. Is this the best E-11 out there, i guess only a real sterling modify into E-11 is as good, but more heavy to troop whit. Is it better then the one Jörg´s father make. Cheers

Cheers Let me start by answering the last question, "Is it better then the one Jörg´s father make.": This IS the one made by Jörg/his father. It's the Blastech Armory aluminium E-11! From all the fanmade, non-Sterling-conversions...yeah, IMHO it is the best E-11 out there. With a couple tweaks and mods, this baby really rocks.

That, and maybe the scope rail mod plus some paint removal on the trigger assembly. Other than that, it is pure awesomeness "out of the box" if you will.

| With the new modified scope rail, hopefully a mod of that wouldn't even be necessary. | |

| That's a pic of my blaster there. Jörg asked if he could use it, since my "mod has had an impact on the people on the second run" as he said | |

Getting real picky here: That is a pic of my blaster which was modded according to your idea. That's my trusty old photo background blanket and my chipping and weathering. Good to see that Jörg and his dad incorporated your input!

| Yeah I asked them if they could to like your mod, and I guess they experimented a bit with it. At first they couldn't get it stable enough to feel confident about it, but I guess they found a solution they're happy with. | |
