| I have been charged with building and reviewing the all new CFO Ruturn Of the Jedi suit.Which has been the sweetheart of our esteemed members JoeR and Sskunky joe and mark. The molds are from film used parts, the icing on the cake being the ROTJ helmet. The build will follow as close as i can get to the way the ROTJ suit were constructed, and as these are non modified ROTJ parts should go together well. All parts ams and legs will have the overlap clamshell finish tipical of ROTJ suits unlike the butt joint and finishing strip on the ANH/ESB suits.the suit parts (arms and legs) have been made this way and go together very well ,and have all the tells from the ROTJ original parts.Note the bicep thin profile and the pinched shoulder bell. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]All the parts have been weathered the forest moon of Endor style,as that is i feel the only way the ROTJ suit should be presented. Just like the sandtroopers from ANH with their desert grim,The ROTJ strormtrooper should have field weathering.

| I saw this on the prop den. Most impressive. You certainly live up to your reputation as one of the master builders in this community. I really like the weathering and attention to detail.
I put together one of the CFO helmets and the ears and attaching was the hardest bit for me.
I'm Still looking for a source for the decals to finish it off.
Cheers for sharing | |

| The back plate like so many of the CFO ROTJ parts has wonderfully lazy lines almost an organic feel to it. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] | |

| So Pete with the Jedi style white rubber trim what kind of a return edge does the torso armour need? | |

| The torso has no return edge just like the original ROTJ suits, its the Trim that becomes the return and gives the parts a depth to them. | |

| And in turn with no return edge the body parts are less likely to crack over time and give alot more no doubt. Brilliant work so far | |

| The torso features the trim excusive to the ROTJ stormtrooper, there is no return edge on any of the torso parts, the trim becomes the return. I am really starting to like this suit. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] | |

| Ab buttons are dark blue for the bottom three and very dark and grey ,almost black for the rest.I have 64mm webbing for the belt that will be rivited to the ab-plate along with the drop boxes, just like the ROTJ suits. | |

| The ROTJ butt na kidney are in one part unlike the ANH,ESB which are seperated. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]The CFO ROTJ helmet is from a direct cast of an original helmet. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] | |

| I agree, freaking awesome build mate. Wow!
That helmet could easily pass for an original. It will be impossible to tell the difference when you do one in ABS!
Wish I had a fraction of your skills Pete.
