"Stunt" Stormtrooper with "Hero" belt

Having started out with a four rivet belt/holster and MR "Hero" style helmet, now I have a "Stunt" helmet with an incorrect belt combination.
So I have been looking for this combination on screen.
The best so far is TK 421, the guy at the bottom of the Millennium Falcon's ramp.He has a stunt lid with a Hero belt, unfortunately if I want to have this screen style, a grappling hook/comlink is also needed. Seems Luke managed to change into his armour and only nick the belt.
Any other Stunt helmet , hero belt combinations in the movie?

None that i know of. I'm guessing only one hero belt was made for the movie only so that Luke could take it from TK421.
