For my 1mm Tm i have the star shape foam like the oregano but for my main trooping lid i have another simple set-up.

When you guys use the star foam. Does your head tilt forward or backwards when you walk? It feels like it's not enough for me. Maaybe I need thicker padding?

I did. But I guess it was still too loose. I have to adjust it again. I noticed it was hard for me to snap the chin snap with all my armor and gloves. Lol

OK...
I normally go with some variant of the original star foam and elastic. Sometimes painting all in the inside black. But this is what I am currently working on for my latest project: a SFS replica.
