DoopyDoos E-11 question

Hi bro´s i have in mind to buy a DLT-19 and a full E-11 kit from DD.
(the E-11 full resin kit to 39,99 uk pounds)

The kit are a full kit, minus the scope rail.

My question is:
1. Are there any here on LSD there can make a rail for me, as i´m no metal scope rail/E-11 pro.
2. As far as i know the scope rail comes straight out from the back sight, and goes down on the first hole in the barrel.
But on the DD kit, it seems to me the t-tracks are in all the holes, and therefor you have to add the scope rail whit a screw, or just glue it on, or what?.
Is that accurate, to screw in down, and not let it go down the first hole in the barrel.
3. I got two kinds of glue, E-6000, and a danish second glue/really strong for metal, pvc, whats best...
the E-6000 is a bit more flex rubber a like, and the other one more stiff.

I have plans for the scope rail (not sure if accurate) maybe another expert could indicate if it is... and have it cut?
