The BlasTech E-11's were built from British Sterling Mk4/L2A3 submachine guns. With a few add ons to make them look more sci-fi and less miltary they were a brilliant idea.

What a great looking weapon the Sterling was and still is to this day, i love the folding stock....such a neat design.
